We are looking for a Support Worker for two gentlemen who live in their own home in Prestatyn. For one, the focus is on supporting him to be as independent and self sufficient as he can: he enjoys cycling and going out to meet friends in the evening. The other gentleman enjoys a quieter life: swimming, strolls along the prom, horse riding and fish and chips.

Any experience with learning disabilities would be great, but is not essential as full induction, training and ongoing support will be provided. However this role does require a driver.
