Cartref Ni has unveiled a new corporate website, aimed at improving recruitment and helping future applicants.

Cartref Ni supports adults, mainly with learning disabilities, to be as independent as possible, fulfil their potential, live their dreams and be part of their community across Conwy, Denbighshire and Flintshire.

Their new website focuses on informing visitors about the excellent work that Cartref Ni does across North Wales and now makes it easier and simpler to;

● Search local vacancies.
● View and download vacancy details.
● Apply for roles online.

Accessibility is also key to the build of the site. The new site features clearer navigation, an accessibility toolbar and can be translated into Welsh at the touch of a button.

Research shows that applicants need to be able to find information quickly and easily and to be able to apply directly online. The new improved job vacancy system will allow users to view all vacancy details and ensure the role is right for them before applying.

The site also showcases an array of staff case studies, news about people they support and testimonials. The website will also be useful for families and local organisations to view essential information about Cartref Ni.

CEO, Neil Ryder said:
“When applicants are given quick and easy systems to use, we are more likely to reach people who would benefit from working with Cartref Ni.

‘’Our team of over 120 support workers are at the core of our business and recruiting the right people is essential to supporting the people we support.

“I am really pleased with how the new website looks and operates and am sure it will become an essential tool in helping to recruit future applicants.
