Are you a positive, caring and patient person looking for a role where you can make a real difference and help people achieve their desired goals? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
We are looking for a Support Worker for two young gentlemen who live in Llandudno. Both lead very active social lives. One volunteers in Venue Cymru as a steward, has a love of rugby and enjoys going to watch his home team play at the rugby club. The other goes regularly to the gym, loves paddle boarding, swimming, does volunteering work and loves a good jigsaw to complete.
Any experience with learning disabilities would be great, but is not essential as full induction, training and ongoing support will be provided. However this role does require a driver.
We are a fantastic organisation to work for: a local charity with a focus on person-centred support. We are a Platinum Investor in People and received a rating of excellent in all three categories in our last CIW inspection.
If you would like an informal chat about the role, please give the Service Manager Nic a call on 01745 584 527. There is also more information available on our website https://www.cartrefni.com/, including a full job description and person specification.
To apply, please either use the easy online form on our website or give our office a call on 01745 584 527 and we will send you a paper form.
